About Integrate OT

A small, dedicated team providing personalised occupational therapy support that puts people first.

At Integrate OT, we believe that meaningful outcomes come from genuine relationships, personalised support, and a deep understanding of what matters most to each person. As a small team, we’re able to provide a more personal experience, taking the time to get to know our clients, their goals, and the challenges they face in everyday life.

Our team consists of an Occupational Therapist, an Occupational Therapy Assistant, and an Administration Assistant who work together to provide supportive, responsive, and practical services. By combining clinical expertise with hands-on support and seamless administration, we’re able to focus on delivering a positive experience for every client and family we work with.

We support people to build independence, participate in their communities, and develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals. Whether we’re working directly with participants, collaborating with families, or coordinating with support networks, our approach is always centred on empowering people to live life on their own terms.

At Integrate OT, we’re proud to be a trusted partner in our clients’ journeys, providing compassionate, evidence-based support that makes a meaningful difference in everyday life.

Her passion is helping neurodivergent children feel seen, supported, and celebrated through developmentally respectful and relationship-based practices.

Her approach is grounded in:

    • DIRFloortime® principles
    • Sensory integration
    • Play-based and nature-based therapy
    • Truama-informed and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks

I also train and mentor therapists and educators across Australia, with a focus on embedding DIR into real-life practice.

Gemma Lacey

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Gemma is a motivated Occupational Therapy student currently undergoing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, with a keen interest in pursuing a future career in paediatrics. She has gained valuable experience working with children through babysitting and private support roles, developing strong skills in communication, empathy, and supporting individual developmental needs.

Currently, Gemma works within a neurological rehabilitation clinic, assisting individuals living with acute and chronic neurological conditions. This experience has enhanced her understanding of rehabilitation practices, teamwork, and the delivery of client centred care.

In her personal time, Gemma enjoys being outdoors, maintaining an active lifestyle, and spending time with family and friends.
